What our customers say about us.

Ken Preston – Volvo Owner

I just wanted to thank you for the work you and your team did on my Volvo S60 recently. Super impressed, in fact I don't think the car has ever run better than it is after the recent service you performed. Thanks also for your honesty and upfront approach to the work required, it's so refreshing to meet and deal with a business that is totally focused on the satisfaction of their clients and go out of their way to make sure every detail is taken care of to the highest levels. Again thanks for such a fantastic level of service and care around what you do.

And just as a side note, thanks for the chat around cars in general on Saturday morning when I picked the car up, made for great conversation with a couple of people who are not only good business operators but really decent blokes as well.

I would like to say a big thank you to you and your team at Perth Swedish Auto Centre. From start to finish the service experience was fantastic. Customer service is becoming lost in today’s world, so it’s refreshing to deal with people and businesses such as yourselves, who focus on this. Look forward to continued efficient, friendly and trusted service.

The experts at PSAC were wonderful, they were polite, efficient and really know their stuff. I never hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

John Watson - Volvo Owner

Dick and the boys at Perth Swedish Auto were the only mechanics who could find the problem with my car's engine, I had tried 3 other mechanics! Really happy with their service and expertise.

Mick Liddle - Mix Plumbing and Gas
I first meet Dick and James about a year ago at their old premises in North Perth by complete luck! Whilst on my way to a call out I noticed my orange engine light flickering on the dash- I immediately started stressing! I quickly rung several motor mechanics trying to to book my car in to get me back on the road ASAP but of course I was told by various mechanics that they couldn't fit me in for days. Whilst stopped at the lights I noticed a mechanic workshop on my left.

I chanced my luck knowing that at 5:15pm on a Friday they were probably shut but I was desperate! Dick and James could see this and quickly got to checking my car. Within half an hour the problem was fixed and I was back on the road running my plumbing business. Throughout the year I have had my car serviced and maintained by Perth Swedish Auto Centre, they have always been very easy to deal with and I appreciate the way they let me know what needs doing before they do it so I can make a informed decision price wise.

I have no hesitation recommending Perth Swedish Auto Centre to friends and family as i know the service provided will always be honest, friendly and reliable.

I wish Dick and James all the best at their new premises location in Osborne park.

I have been a client of Perth Swedish auto centre since 1993. I have found the company to be very professional, helpful and friendly.

The team working there will go out of their way to help you, from booking your car in, to advice on work required from the highly trained staff. I have owned a few Volvos over the years and will continue to do so, and I cant speak highly enough of how they treat my car.

All members of the team are always willing to help, even to just to drive in and get advice, to say your worried about something and they will have a look for you and get you on your way, now that's peace of mind. Compared to other places I have been to.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dick Anza the owner in 1993 and he helped me on the spot I had no booking, that was when I knew this company was something special, it was hard to find another company that took care and gave good advice like that.

They know what they are doing, no hidden costs and they are always able to help no matter how big the issue or how small the issue. From a personal point of view, they will work on a problem you have with your car and always keep you in the loop, now that is communication which is lacking in other places these days. From reception, to booking your car in its a smooth and easy process, these guys will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommended this company for any problems you have with your car, you get good advice, friendly staff, great communication and most of all they are always very professional.

At all times servicing of these vehicles has been undertaken professionally with attention to detail being of upmost importance by all at the Centre . Management and all staff at Perth Swedish Auto Centre are trained and conversant with all aspects of mechanically servicing and repairing the complete Volvo car range - testament to the Company's 25 years in business this year .

We congratulate same on the new modern Servicing Centre in Osborne Park and look forward to our continuing association in the future .
Paul Fraser - owner Volvo's / BMW's
My vehicle priorities are safety, reliability and affordability. Having usually 6 or 7 cars in the family 'fleet' total cost of ownership is a constant concern. For over a decade now I have relied upon Dick Anza and his team to deliver the results I need.

Around two years ago I wanted to get back to having rear wheel drive cars as our primary cars. Dick's assistance before purchase, during and since purchase has been crucial in providing me with the confidence to move from Volvo to BMW Series 5.

For me, after a good GP, a reliable mechanic is very important. I rely on Dick and his team to help keep myself and the people I care for as safe as possible when they drive. I encourage everyone to give Perth Swedish Auto Centre a go for themselves, with total confidence. I can't recommend them highly enough.
